John Douglas Herberger, 56, loving husband, proud father, and great friend to many passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016. There was not a single person that John would not try to help. Many people will testify to the positive impact he made on their lives. He has left deep footprints here on earth. All who knew John recognized his passion for life.
John grew up in Houston, TX and began his scholastic career at Holy Ghost Catholic School. Thereafter, John attended Strake Jesuit College Preparatory graduating with honors. John completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University where he also graduated with honors. Upon graduating from Texas A&M, John earned his JD from the University of Houston Law School.
After passing the Texas State Bar Exam, John began his career as an attorney and married his beloved wife, Theresa. John worked his way from associate attorney, to partner, to ultimately President of J D Herberger & Associates, PC.
As the founder of J D Herberger & Associates, PC, Mr. Herberger thoroughly enjoyed his job and his clients. He was an excellent attorney, a great counselor and friend to many. John leaves behind a lasting legacy and he will be sorely missed by all.
With the level of competency and capability that this firm upholds, it will carry on under the same name and principles instilled in our attorneys and staff by Mr. Herberger.
