The firm is also experienced in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
J D Herberger & Associates, PC will provide clients with an initial case evaluation promptly after the file is received. This initial evaluation may be followed by regular status reports which include a review of activity on the case. The status reports are also used to supplement liability and damage evaluations as required during discovery. To assist in controlling costs, clients are provided a periodic summary of legal fees and expenses incurred on each case.
